At attakid we are all about helping you have a memorable experience. Below is a list of our frequently asked questions that you might find helpful.
How do I book my experience?
All the information you’ll need to book, including contact details for the supplier will be on your experience voucher. You’ll be able to book your chosen experience directly with the supplier for a mutually convenient date (remember that experiences must be booked in advance and are always subject to availability).
Some of our experiences do have check availability date function which you can get an instant confirmation of your desired date. This is a quick and easy way!
How far in advance should I book my experience?
We would recommend you book at least 14 days in advance of the date. Allow longer during peak times such as weekends and holiday periods.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards. All Credit and Debit card payments are processed securely online using PayPal.
What happens if my booked experience is cancelled by the Supplier?
If your experience is cancelled by the Supplier, they will arrange to re-book you at a mutually convenient time. We strongly recommend calling the Supplier beforehand to make sure that your booking still goes ahead. We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in the event of a booking being cancelled.
Once you’ve made a booking with one of our Suppliers, you’re bound by their terms and conditions, so please make sure that you understand their rules regarding changing or cancelling a booking (particularly at short notice).
Are there any restrictions I should be aware of in taking part in the experiences?
Some experiences are subject to minimum or maximum requirements, e.g. age, height, weight or health. Please check that you meet the requirements before booking your experience. If you have confirmed an experience booking but do not meet the supplier’s requirements, you can transfer the booking to another person or you may forfeit the value of the Experience Voucher.
If you have any specific queries or concerns, please contact the supplier directly by using the contact information inside the experience description.
It is your responsibility to ensure you choose an experience suitable for your intended recipient, and we will not be liable to offer a refund if you purchase an experience but its restrictions render it unsuitable for the recipient.
Can I exchange my Experience Voucher?
Yes, you can exchange your Experience Voucher for an alternative experience prior to redeeming the certificate. Experience Voucher may be used as payment towards any new experience offered on Attakid website. You will need to pay the difference in the price if the chosen experience is higher in price than the value associated with your Experience Voucher. Please note that voucher cannot be exchanged if you have already made a booking with one of our suppliers and cannot be refunded once exchanged.
How do I give feedback about my experience I had?
attakid always welcome our customers to give feedback and any suggestions, so please feel free to let us know how your experience went. You can leave your review on our website, which will be checked for moderation and approval before being posted live on our site.
If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, you should bring it to the attention of the service provider on the day so that they have the opportunity to resolve it immediately. If you are still unhappy, please email to us explaining the circumstances, along with details of who you spoke to on the day, and we will undertake to investigate it further for you.

We’re working on making it as easy as possible to find out about our latest experiences. It’s quick and simple to sign up to our newsletter, which you can do from the front page of our website, and we’ll send you regular updates about our new experiences and special offers. When can I expect to receive my voucher
You should expect to receive a confirmation of payment followed by a confirmation of voucher almost immediately. In some rare instances this however may take up 24 hours.
